If You Have Received The Wrong Product, Kindly Send Us The Image & The Invoice So That We Can Assist You Well. Items Will Only Be Accepted With The Proof Of Purchase i.e. Invoice Or E-Bill.
We give free shipping to our customer, which may be include to MRP of the products so that our customer does not have to pay a separate delivery charge, that's why the online store gives free shipping on all the products but when you return our products then We deduct that shipping charge from you and give you full amount refund order ,
Refunds can take around 5-7 working days to process. Customers will need to provide their UPI (phonepay, paytm, google pay etc. )details in order to process the refund on time.

- If customer wants to EXCHANGE for SECOND TIME, they need to SELF SHIP the product to our office address.
- An order that has been EXCHANGED TWICE, cannot be RETURNED or EXCHANGE.
- "If the products sent do not match the return request or if alternative products are sent, our company will not be held responsible because we expect the exact products for which the request was made. You will need to arrange for the pickup of the products sent."
- If We Have Sent You The Exact Product With You Have Ordered Then Return Shipping Will Be At The Buyer’s Cost.

If The Damaged Product Is Received, It Must Be Reported Within 24 Hours Of Delivery. It Should Be In Its Original Packaging.
